Virginia Lori Jennings is the author of two science fiction novels. Virginia was home schooled from seventh grade and graduated at 16 with a GED. She spends a lot of time on both Myspace and Neopets talking with two generations of writers; offering advice, support and insight into the writing world that is at their fingertips.

Her two books are The Alien Mind and Visionary from the Stars. Both of which are science fiction books interwoven by Christian values. The Alien Mind is the story of a young girl's interplanetary journey to find out where she belongs after having been kidnapped and raised by aliens for so many years. Is she alien or is she human… will she fight for her own freedom?
- Visionary from the Stars explores the idea of where religion would be if we were not the only ones out there. An intergalactic controversy is created and then mixed with science fiction, mystery, and many battles when a group of scientists finds an alien map that leads them across the galaxy in search of the truth.
FabChat, hosted by author Karina L. Meanwhile, the Star Traveler’s crew sets out on a camping trip on the surface of the moon. They stumble upon an object covered in alien writing that gives them the first piece of a galactic map. Unknown to them, it will lead them into an intergalactic controversy, with a group of aliens called the Platonians striving to sabotage their every move.
“A story of epic proportions and many twists, it’s one that I had a lot of fun writing…and inevitably discovering more about the characters than I had intentionally planned,” Jennings said.

April 24: The Cameron Park 50th Anniversary celebration was really fun! The Book signing went off without a hitch and although I was nervous the staff and the students made me feel welcome and at home. I really enjoyed the time I spent with them. I'd like to send a shout out to them to thank them for their support!
